To book a service with us, individuals are required to have a credit/debit card on file for booking an appointment(s). Card will not be charged until day of service or other informed options of payment.

We asked that you give 24-hour notice if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s). Failure to adhere to our cancelation policy will result in a 50% charge for rescheduling and 100% charge for No Call No Show. If cancellation payments are unable to be collected. Individuals will be flagged and asked to pre-pay or pay a 30% deposit for future services.

The licensed massage therapist/ Esthetician has a right to stop service at any time. As well as the client. Servies are still subject to be charged 100%. We are a professional establishment that provides a variety of services, none of which involve sexual activity.

Minor's Must be at least 16 years of age and be accompanied by their parent or guardian. Parent or Guardian must stay in the room or on the premises during minor's entire visit.

Please come 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure your full time for your service(s). For 60-minute services if you are 15 minutes or more late. you will need to reschedule your appointment. 90- minutes or more service(s) will receive the remainder of their time. Keep in mind that massage and other spa services are time sensitive.
